Xquisito Limoncello Mojito

Ingredients:

1/2 fresh lime | 12 mint leaves | 2 bar spoons of caster sugar | 60 ml Xquisito Limoncello| Crushed ice | soda water

preparation:

Cut the lime into four wedges into a glass, then add the sugar and muddle (squish everything together) to release the lime juice. Add the mint and use a muddler or bar spoon to gently push the mint down into the lime juice and muddle again gently. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the Xquisito Limoncello. Stir the mix together until the sugar dissolves. Top up with crushed ice, soda water and garnish it with some leaves of mint.

Xquisito Limoncello Scroppino

Ingredients:

400 ml. lemon sorbet ice | 40 ml Xquisito Limoncello | ½ bottle Prosecco icecold | Champagne Flutes

preperation:

Add the Lemon ice with the Xquistito limoncello and mixed it until it is creamy.  Add the processo and mix till you have a sparkling emulsion. Pour it into ice cold champagne Flutes and serve directly. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Xquisito Limoncello & Tonic

Ingredients

40 ml Xquisito Limoncello | 120 ml Tonic | lemon slice | ice cubes| Longdrink or a large wine glass

Preperation:
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the Xquisito Limoncello into the glass with the tonic. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Xquisito Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients:

90 ml Prosecco | 60 ml Xquisito limoncello | 30 ml sparkling water | lemon slice| ice cubes | Large Wine glass

Preparation:

Fill the wineglass with ice cubes. Pour the prosecco and Xquisito Limoncello into the glass. Add the sparkling water. Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon.

Xquisito Limoncello & Prosecco

Ingredients:

90 ml Prosecco | 30 ml Xquisito Limoncello | Champagne flute

Preparation:

Pour the Xquisito Limoncello into a champagne Flute. Fill the glass with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of lemon and some fresh mint leaves (optional). Drink it ice cold!
